MY STORY

Hi, I'm Erin. Welcome to my small business.
I've been making cakes since my sons first birthday cake in 2009. I was entirly self taught until I took my first decorating class in February 2015. Within 5 months I was teaching my first class and by the end of the year I was teaching 3 times a week.
At the start of 2016 I offocially opened my own business, cake decorating and teaching. Mid 2016 saw me start teaching from home so I wouldnt miss out on spending time with my 2 boys & hubby and it's been the best decision ever. I love teaching my evening classes even more knowing i can still tuck my boys in at bedtime.
Nothing brings me greater joy than helping my students grow their skills and their confidence on their caking journey.
In 2015 I began entering a few country shows at a friends insistance. My very first entry was in the Tanunda show. Having never made it before, I thought I would give the famed German Yeast Cake a try. Much to my surprise I took out the blue ribbon in the Novice section.
